We bring our wood fired pizza oven to you and make a wide variety of different types of pizza for you and your guests to enjoy buffet style.

All of our artisan pizzas have cheese which is a Mozzarella/Provolone blend. Our Margherita has fresh mozzarella and fresh basil.
Our sauce is made with imported San Marzano tomatoes with fresh basil.
Some of our pizza toppings include but are not limited to Pepperoni, Sweet Italian Sausage, Chicken (Buffalo, Barbecue, Hot Honey),
Pulled Pork, Ham, Peppers, Onions, Black Olives, Pineapple, Jalapeño,
Bacon, and Mushrooms. We will make many combinations and will try to accommodate any requests.
We do not offer gluten free dough but will be happy to dress and cook any gluten free crust that is supplied to us.

Our Fire Wagon Pizza Buffet has a 50 person minimum or $1300.00 plus tax. For guest counts of 65 and under we will provide 1.5 hours of buffet service. Above 65 we will provide 2 hours of buffet service.
Wedding service will have 18% gratuity added
Children under 6 are FREE - age 7 to 12 are1/2 price 13 and up are regular price
